EMO does not respond to voice commands?
1. Please make sure you are using the correct voice commands, EMO may not answer to unsupported commands. You can check the supported command list from the user manual.
2. Please make sure to give command only after EMO reponded when you call its name.
3. Please make sure to use in a relatively quiet environment, otherwise EMO may not be able to hear your commands clearly.
Could not connect to WiFi or WiFi disconnects constantly?
1. Use 2.4Ghz WiFi only.
2. Try a new WiFi network.
3. Please kindly note that EMO doesn't support WiFi with too complicated password or without password.
EMO's sound is very low?
1. Try to use voice command "EMO, turn up the volume" to turn up EMO's volume.
2. You can also manually turn up the volume in the EMOPET App.
EMO can not understand kid's voice commands?
1. Please make sure your children is calling EMO with the correct pronunciation.
2. You can increase the sensitivity level on EMOPE App, it will make EMO more sensible to calls and easier to be waken up.
3. If all the above can not solve the issue, you can also upload your voice to us and we will add it to the EMO's training and release it in the next update.
EMO does not respond when I touch its head?
Please increase the touch area and give a little pressure when you pet EMO.
